I just watched the second of the Madonna roller-disco 2000 videos from her new album. Its a nice concept, but damn if those crunk dancers from her boy Lachapelle’s shitty film Rize don’t get old after a while. When I want to roller-disco 2000 I put on The Similou’s All This Love because it is THE summertime anthem, even if it did come out months ago. Cheery melody? Check. Unstopable bass line? Check. All the trappings for a serious roll bounce are present and accounted for. Paris eat your heart out because these Swedes got some canned heat in their heals.
